KATHUA, Mar 7:  Former minister  and senior Congress leader  Dr Manohar Lal Sharma  has alleged that BJP has proved failure on all the fronts.
Addressing public meetings at  Billawar, Kishanpur, Dungara, Dharmani, Gurah Kalyal  and Kandharano in  Billawar constituency, Dr Sharma said the State Government and especially the BJP has totally failed on all the fronts. He said BJP stood exposed before the people and they have totally surrendered before the  Valley based party leadership at the cost of aspirations of the people of Jammu region.
Dr Sharma said the BJP  has also proved failure  in deliverance and governance.  He said that the woes of common man have increased day by day due to the wrong polices of BJP Government. He further said that BJP Government is totally working for the welfare of Corporate houses and common country man is completely ignored and deprived of any relief. He        said that the BJP has created wedge between the people of Jammu and Kashmir regions and other sub regions of the State on the basis of regional and the communal agenda to achieve  vested interests.
He said that the BJP has not given any attention on the development of the regions of the State. The anger of public is increasing day by day due to lack of political will and wisdom on the part of  present leadership at the helm of affairs here.
While expressing serious concern over the fast deteriorating law and order  and security situation,  Dr Sharma  accused both BJP-PDP for fomenting trouble and escalating tension in both regions by their reckless, irresponsible utterance for vested interests. Having failed on the governance and delivery front, the coalition partners had resorted to divide and rule policy to divert the attention of the public from basic issues.
Dr Sharma pointed that the people of whole tehsile of Billawar, Ramkote-Nagrota and other areas of Billawar constituency are eagerly waiting for district status to  Billawar which was promised by BJP and DyCM Dr Nirmal Kumar Singh during election of 2014. But  the promise has not been fulfilled so far, he added.
