JAMMU, Apr 12: J&K unit of National Democratic Party Indian (NDPI) in a meeting here today discussed regional discrimination with Jammu and failure of the BJP leadership in J&K.
NDPI office bearers and workers pledged to eradicate discrimination from Jammu region completely and said that BJP’s claims of ushering a new dawn post Article 370 abrogation has proved a farce.
NDPI chief, Rajesh Gupta said: “The development inertia, crashing economy, inflation, soaring unemployment, resentment among farmers and border dwellers etc has made the situation in J&K from bad to worse.”
He flayed BJP led Government for its failure to perform effectively during Corona pandemic.
“Petrol, diesel and LPG have become dearer and as a result prices of other essentials have also soared,” Gupta maintained.
He alleged that the proposal to open more liquor vends in Jammu appears to be a conspiracy against Jammuites.
