JAMMU/ SRINAGAR Dec 18: To celebrate the Party’s victory in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh (HP) elections, the BJP took out victory processions in different parts of the State today.
The main function of celebrating the victory of party in two State Assembly elections was held at its Headquarters Trikuta Nagar under the leadership of BJP State president, Sat Sharma. While dancing to the tunes of traditional Dhol, bursting crackers and distributing sweets along with Speaker, Kavinder Gupta, State general secretary (Org.), Ashok Kaul, State general secretaries, Dr. Narinder Singh and Harinder Gupta, Ministers Abdul Ghani Kohli, Priya Sethi, MLCs Ashok Khajuria, Ch. Vikram Randhawa, S. Charanjit Singh Khalsa, MLAs Rajesh Gupta and Ravinder Raina BJP leaders gave full credit to the team work of party under the leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and Party national president, Amit Shah.

Sat Sharma said that entire BJP is in jubilant mood after winning in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh which is the achievement of strong leadership by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and agenda of development. He added that this is the expected loss of Congress which believes in appeasement and dynasty based politics. BJP and its allies have increased tally from 18 to 19 states and the vote share which will hasten pace of development.
Ashok Kaul congratulated party leaders and activists over the thumping win in both states and said that this is the triumph of common masses while expressing hope that BJP will perform extremely well in the coming elections in the State.
Kavinder Gupta congratulated fellow countrymen over the feast of great achievements in both the states and said that people have expressed full confidence in policies of Modi Government.
Priya Sethi said that the retaining of Gujarat and regaining HP in elections has proved time and again that people of India fully back PM Modi in his policies.
Large number of party activists assembled in Leh in Ladakh region to celebrate the BJP victory where Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh was the chief guest. He said the victory is the result of pro-people policies of Narendra Modi Government at Centre and both Modi and national president, Amit Shah deserve credit for it.
A victory march was also held in Jammu East, Constituency under the leadership of MLA Rajesh Gupta. A large number of party activists and leaders participated in it who were raising slogans in support of Party, Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and Party president, Amit Shah. The victory procession passed through various markets of Jammu East including Lakhdatta Bazar, Kanak Mandi, City Chowk. On the occasion Halwa (sweet dish) was distributed among the participants.
Another victory procession was taken out in Bhalwal Block by the party activists led by Chanchal Singh a social activist of the area. It was taken from Rakh Buran to Ratti Chapri of Bhalwal Block. The processionists were raising slogans in praise of party’s national leadership.
The BJP also celebrated its victory in Srinagar, Kashmir where party activists led by senior leader, Altaf Thakur danced and bursted crackers in joy. The BJP activists raising slogans in jubilation gave the credit of victory to team work, party discipline and leadership of PM Narendra Modi and national president, Amit Shah.
