BJP assigns responsibilities to senior leaders for COVID management

JAMMU, May 10: BJP Jammu and Kashmir assigned responsibilities to its senior leaders for effective COVID management in J&K.
Ravinder Raina, J&K BJP president nominated senior leaders after consultation with J&K BJP general secretary (Org.), Ashok Kaul and other senior leaders at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
Ravinder Raina, on the occasion said that BJP activists are dedicatedly serving the needy persons continuously since the inception of this deadly infection. He said that this second wave of Pandemic has stirred the world but still our nation under strong leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has been battling valiantly for every precious life.
Raina said that blood and plasma is being donated at large scale and different Government and private hospitals are being assisted with necessary requirements. Ambulance services are being provided with the support of Government and private owners by BJP workers. Ration, medicines, sanitizer, mask are being distributed among the needy persons. Awareness campaign to break the COVID virus infection chain is continuously being carried out by the senior BJP leaders. 24×7 help services are being given by the BJP workers, Raina added.
In this hour of crisis, Raina said that BJP has been running various programmes under the name of “Sewa Hi Sangathan-2” which is being overall coordinated by BJP vice-president, Yudhvir Sethi.
For effectively managing this whole Sewa project BJP has framed State Management Committee under which senior party leaders have been given responsibility as heads of several committees.
Jana Jagaran Abhiyaan will be headed by former State president and former Dy. CM, Dr. Nirmal Singh along with former JMC Chairman, Baldev Billawaria.
Media incharge will be former Dy. CM, Kavinder Gupta along with BJP Media in charge, Dr. Pardeep Mahotra.
Sewa Karya will be headed by former State president and former Minister, Sat Sharma along with BJP general secretary and former MLC Vibodh Gupta.
Hospital in charge will be BJP vice-president and former Minister Sham Sharma along with BJP spokesperson and former MLA, R S Pathania.
Ambulance in charge will be BJP vice-president and former Minister, Sham Choudhary along with BJP vice-president, Pawan Khajuria.
Blood and Plasma in charge will be BJP general secretary and former Minister, Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal and BJYM President, Arun Jamwal.
Vaccination in charge will be former Minister, Bali Bhagat along with BJP secretary, Arvind Gupta.
COVID testing in charge will be BJP vice-president and former Minister Shakti Raj Parihar along with former MLA Rajiv Sharma.
Liaison with Social Organizations and NGOs incharge will be JMC Mayor, Chander Mohan Gupta along with Thakur Narain Singh.
