BJP announces pending district, Mandal presidents

JAMMU, Feb 14: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir president, Ravinder Raina in consultation with BJP national vice-president & J&K Prabhari, Avinash Rai Khanna and party’s J&K general secretary (Org.), Ashok Kaul, nominated district presidents and Mandal presidents of the party from Jammu province at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar here, today.
Raghunandan Singh Bablu was nominated as BJP district president, Kathua and Rakesh Singh Thakur was nominated as BJP district president Ramban the announcement for both district presidents was pending.
Meanwhile, BJP has also nominated 15 Mandal presidents in various districts in Jammu region where Mandal presidents’ elections could not be completed.
As per a release Balbinder Singh was nominated as Mandal president of Sumb in Samba district. Jagan Nath Sharma was nominated as Mandal president of Kharabaley in Akhnoor district.
Om Prakash was nominated as Mandal president of Dachhan, Mela Ram was nominated as Mandal president of Mughal Maidan and Deepak Sharma was nominated as Mandal president of Palmad in Kishtwar district.
Tejinder Singh Goldy was nominated as Mandal president of Mahanpur, Kamal Singh was nominated as Mandal president of Machadi and Vipan Sharma is nominated as Mandal president of Ramkot from Basohli district.
Azam Shah was nominated as Mandal president of Darhal, Jasveer Singh was nominated as Mandal president of Rajouri Urban and Vikram Singh was nominated as Mandal president of Maira Peeri from Rajouri district.
Ashok Kerni was nominated as Mandal president of Raipur Domana from Jammu Rural district.
Ajay Andotra was nominated as Mandal president of Kathua and Subash Sharma was nominated as Mandal president of Billawar Kandi from Kathua district.
Parveen Kerni was nominated as Mandal president of Jammu East from Jammu district.
