Bimla inaugurates transformers

JAMMU, Dec 17: Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) National Conference Bimla Luthra today inaugurated three transformers installed at an estimated cost of Rs 30 lakh out of her CDF at Kotli Mian Fateh, Khor village and at Phou block, RS Pura.
Speaking on the occasion, Luthra informed the gathering about the developmental system and the policies and programmes of the Government, which are people friendly.
Government is working for the upliftment of the women folk by initiating various policies as they constitute 50 per cent of the population in the State, she added.
Coalition Government has made a holistic development and achieved visible significance in various fields like education, tourism, empowerment, road connectivity, etc, she informed.
Among others present were Veena Oberoi, Surinder Kour, Babli, Darshana, Sangeeta Sharma, Ram Kali, Vidya Devi, etc.
