JAMMU, Mar 31: Deputy Mayor, Baldev Singh Billawaria here today visited Gadigarh-Bhor Camp area of Ward No. 73 and started the work of boundary wall of tube well.
Billawaria was accompanied by Arun Khanna, Chairman Public Health & Sanitation Committee of JMC and officials of the concerned departments. Speaking on the occasion, Billawaria said that they are working hard to ensure that all citizens have access to quality infrastructure, services and opportunities while also making sure that city’s resources are utilized judiciously.
The Deputy Mayor also listened to public grievances and assured that all the necessary steps will be taken to improve the infrastructure.
He informed that anyone may contact him directly with grievances.
Baldev Singh also said that JMC is committed for the development of Jammu and is working on various projects to ensure that the city is developed further.
“We are also working on beautifying the area with green spaces and parks,” he maintained.
Arun Khanna, Chairman Public Health & Sanitation Committee said such events should be organized in future also for the betterment of the people of Jammu.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were Pitamber Sharma, Ravinder Raina, Raju Sharma, Girdhari Lal, Sanchet Sharma, Pushpinder Singh and others.
