Before advertisements appeared in newspapers people used to attend offices of different departments personally for filling up the tenders, examination and admission forms, for collecting date sheets, syllabi and curriculum, application forms and fetching the results. The advent of the computers and the internet facilities have made even the cumbersome tasks not only cheap but have brought it within the affordable limits of a commonman. Now those assignments which demanded both time and money can be undertaken with the click of a button. These days the public in general and the educated youth in particular solely depend upon the newspaper information pertaining to employments, interviews, selection lists, short lists, admissions, tendering, Insurance policies, share markets, court notices, proclamations and look outs etc. But it is often complained that the font size used in the textof advertisement is too small to be easily read even by a young person with 6/6 vision. Many parents sometimes feel handicapped in decoding the information from the paper even by using the powerful magnifying lens. The advertisements, if displayed in big font can prove the greatest service to the mankind and the nation and can do the justice with the purpose they are meant for.
