Bhim Singh addresses election rally in Desa

RAMBAN, Nov 21: JKNPP leader Prof Bhim Singh, while addressing an election rally in Desa this morning, laughed away at the ruling parties in Delhi and Kashmir for their sheer frustration over Panther’s Party agenda of creating Jammu State.
He appealed people to vote for JKNPP candidate Suresh Kumar Bhagat who is a resident of Desa village. He said that the Panthers Party is the first political party to field an Assembly candidate in Ramban constituency from village Desa, which has no facilities like drinking water, electricity, teachers, doctor or medicines. He accused BJP and National Conference of exploiting people in the name of religion whereas Congress has been exploiting the people in the name of militancy.
Prof Bhim Singh also alleged harassment of JKNPP workers and supporters by the officers appointed by the Election Commission of India as District Returning Officers. Two days back, a Panthers Party vehicle was picked up from its headquarters in Jammu, where no notification has been issued for the election, he said and alleged that the Observers of the Election Commission were not allowing JKNPP activists to use party flags on their own office or on own vehicles.
On the other hand, Bhim Singh claimed, that entire city of Srinagar has been decorated with the flags of Congress, NC and BJP while similar scenario is there in Doda, Kishtwar and Ramban Districts.
Mr Singh, accompanied by Iqbal Choudhary and other senior leaders of the Panthers Party, who dashed to Chhatroo in Kishtwar district, which is a constituent of Inderwal constituency in Doda district.
