JAMMU, Apr 17: Former Member Legislative Council (MLC) and senior National Conference leader Bushan Lal Bhat asked the Kashmiri Pandit migrants to vote in favour of Dr Farooq Abdullah from Srinagar, Dr Mehboob Beig from Anantnag and Sharief-ud-Din Shariq from Baramullah Parliamentary constituencies for overall development of J&K.
He said this while addressing series of meetings of Kashmiri Pandits at Purkhoo Camp, Muthi and New Plot.
He said that National Conference always strived to mitigate the sufferings of the Kashmiri Pandit community.
Bhat urged the electorates to make best use of their votes and facilitate the victory of the aforesaid candidates for overall development of J&K in general and KP community in particular.
The meeting was attended by Jatin Bhat, president, Youth NC Minority cell, Raj Nath Fotedar, Sunil, Ashok Tickoo, etc.
