JAMMU, Aug 16: To take stock of the problems being faced by the inmates, the members of Bhagat Singh Force Trust (BSFT) visited Home for aged and infirm at Amphalla, here today.
The members while interacting with the inmates of the Home said that BSFT will send a memorandum to President of India, Prime Minister of India and Chief Justice of India, besides Governor, Chief Minmster and Chief Justice of J&K for enacting a Law for elders abuse and maintenance so that children become bound to take care of their parents till their last breathe.
The members including Gagandeep Sharma, Darvinder Singh, Ajay Dogra, Roshni Chadgal, Aprajita Sharma, Nitu Dogra, Manav Nagar and Vikram Singh Katal interacted with manager Home, KK Mengi and Secretary Vijay Bhagotra.
