RAJOURI, Feb 12: A meeting of Executive Committee of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Teachers Association (BGSBUTA) was held in the College of Engineering & Technology, Rajouri.
Mir Aijaz Ahmad, the newly elected president of the association presided over the meeting, which was convened to take stock of the developments in the university regarding implementation of the demands of the teaching fraternity as approved by Vice-Chancellor Prof I A Hamal as per order No. BGSBU/Reg/Estab/13/7290-7305 dated 02/09/2013.
The members expressed their deep displeasure over the fact that the university has put the implementation of their demands on backburner. Mir Aijaz expressed his desire to take up the matter with university authorities and was optimistic about timely implementation of the demands of the association.
