Bethel Trust donates grocery kits to needy families

JAMMU, June 1: Bethel Charitable Trust distributed grocery kits to 100 families of Bethel Living World School Qasim Nagar, here today.
The grocery kits were distributed under leadership of John Rouqes Bhatti, chairman of the Trust in the presence of Camres David (president All India Masih Seva Dal, Feastus Sotra (chairman All India Masih Seva Dal, Sopia Bhatti (Principal Bethel Living World School & Trustee of BCT and Thomas Paul (Principal St. Thomas School Ramgarh) and Sister Mariam.
Mrs Sopia, Principal of the School, while sharing her thoughts said that the Trust decided to help the school families because of the parents of the most students studying in the school were daily wagers and street vendors and in the time of lockdown it was very difficult for them to earn livelihood.
“It is an organisation which is working hard to reach out to the weaker section of the society by distributing dry ration and cooked food. Last year during lockdown period the Bethel Trust had also distributed ration to more than 550 needy families,” said chairman of the Trust.
Later, John Rouqes Bhatti and Sophia Bhatti presented appreciation certificates to Camres David Babbloo and Feastus Sotra, Thomas Paul and Sister Mariam in the presence of the members of the Trust including Elsiha, Abishek Bhatti, Issac Bhatti, Anita Sotra, Ashish Gill, Rahul Bhatti, Vijay, Harrison, Krishna Abishek and Nikash Mooman.
