SAMBA, Aug 28: Bari Brahmana police today reunited a missing lady with her family members who being an insane had reached Samba from Udhampur.
Acting on information about wandering of a lady at SIDCO Chowk, Bari Brahmana, a Police Party of PS Bari Brahmana headed by SHO, P/S Bari Brahmana, Inspector, Ravinder Singh Rakwal under the supervision of SDPO Bari Brahmana, Ashok Sharma reached the spot and traced out the lady from the area. The lady was brought back safely to the Police Station who is mentally unsound and disclosed her identity as Pushpa Devi W/o Balbir Singh, R/o Tikri, District Udhampur.
SHO PS Bari-Brahmana after strenuous effort worked out the contact numbers of her family members by contacting I/C Police Post Tikri, Udhampur who were later on called at PS Bari-Barhmana to identify the missing lady. After proper identification and verification, the missing lady was handed over to her husband namely Balbir Singh, S/o Shankar Singh, R/o Tikri, Udhampur at P/S Bari-Brahmana who complimented the Police for its arduous efforts in tracing his missing wife.
SSP Samba, Dr. Koshal Sharma, also lauded the efforts of Police Party of PS Bari Brahmana in reuniting the missing lady with her family members.
