Bari Brahmana police recovers kidnapped girl

SAMBA, June 27: Bari Brahmana Police has recovered a kidnapped girl and united her with her family today.
The police succeeded in recovering the girl within 36 hours after her kidnapping.
Police said a written complaint was received at P/S Bari Brahmana from one Kuldeep Raj S/o Thoru Ram  R/o Meen Sarkar, Bari Brahmana stating therein that his daughter namely Rekha (name changed) age 19 yrs was missing from home since June 25.
Acting on the complaint, a case FIR No. 115/2018 U/S 366 RPC got registered at PS Bari Brahmana and search was started to trace out the girl. With continuous efforts, a police party from P/S Bari Brahmana under the overall supervision of  Anil Magotra, SSP Samba and headed by Inspector Ravinder Singh Rakwal, SHO P/S Bari Brahmana under the close supervision of  Ashok Sharma, SDPO Bari Brahmana recovered the missing girl from the accused namely Ankush Kumar S/o Om Prakash R/o Badori, Bari Brahmana within 36 hours.
After completing legal formalities the girl was handed over to her parents by the police. The accused person has been arrested and further investigation is going on.
