JAMMU, Oct 12: 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu, Sanjeev Gupta today granted bail to Girdhari Lal Koul, Director and Rajinder Kapoor, Secretary of the Rotary Inner Wheels Home for Mentally Challenged girls, who were allegedly involved in sexual abuse of the inmates.
They were released on furnishing bail bond and personal bond to the tune of Rs 30,000 each with the direction that they shall cooperate in the investigation and appear before the IO as and when required.
