KATHUA, May 7: In compliance to the directions issued by ISM Director Dr Mohan Singh and DMO Kathua, Dr Vikram Singh Jamwal, Ayush medicines were distributed among the inmates of quarantine centre at Higher Secondary School Basohli, here.
The medicines, which were distributed in the presence of Dr Akanksha and Dr Kanika, benefitted 93 persons in the centre.
On the occasion, Dr Kanika advised the inmates that for immunity booster they ought to take Chyawanprasha, Mulethi, Amalali, Ksheer and Ghrita, which are easily available in their surroundings and even in their kitchen also.
Dr Akanksha advised the inmates to take Ksheer and Ghrita in their regular diet.
Both the doctors said that the important thing was the proper dosage of these immunity boosters as it varies from individual to individual as every individuals digestive capacity is different.
