JAMMU, Sept 10 : The Power Development Department has appealed the people to avail the Electronic Clearance Scheme (ECS) facility introduced by the Jammu and Kashmir Bank to pay their monthly power tariff bills without going to bank.
To avail the facility, the consumer has to give a mandate to the J&K Bank to automatically deduct the Bill Amount from the account being operated by him from the particular branch of the bank.
