JAMMU, May 25: Ashok Kaul, general secretary (Org) Jammu & Kashmir Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), distributed dry ration kits to the inhabitants of Kusht Ashram here at Bhagwati Nagar today.
Ashok Kaul accompanied by Sanjay Kumar Baru, BJP Executive Committee Member and Councillor (JMC) from Ward No. 41 distributed dry ration kits consisting of flour, rice, oil and other essentials to the 44 families residing in Kusht Ashram situated at Bhagwati Nagar area under Jammu West Assembly Constituency.
Ashok Kaul, while distributing ration kits, said that presently whole world is suffering the havoc of Covid-19 viral infection that has adopted the face of biggest devil in the present world. Although we have seen little scarcity in certain resources; but we are, for sure, not so bleak in our approach that we cannot come out with our full efficiency to help the needy at this crucial juncture of time, Kaul emphasized.
Kaul complimented the BJP activists and all those persons, who have approached the needy families in meeting out the needs and worked to raise their morale. He also emphasized that although the restrictions have been eased out in the 4th lockdown, but we must not get ourselves let loose and must progress with our livings cautiously so as to completely defeat the disease.
Sanjay Baru, on the occasion, said that as the dedicated BJP Karyakarta, it is our responsibility to have an active approach to augment the efforts of the administration, society and every organization that has helped our system to fight the spread of deadly disease. He also complimented the Corona warriors for serving the society with dedication in the period.
Meanwhile at another programme organised by BJP former vice chairman JAKFED and senior Party leader, Munish Sharma distributed ration among 500 families in five wards of Jammu West Constituency.
The BJP and BJYM activists who were present during distribution of relief in five wards of Jammu West included Munish Sharma, Shrey Sethi, Hari Om Sharma, Daljit Singh Aiethmia, Pawan Kesar, Parveen Gupta, Vikram Shan, Ankit Vaid and Ashwani Kumar. The relief material was arranged by Minish Sharma who said that it is the duty of every BJP and BJYM activist to ensure that relief reaches to deserving people so that no one goes to bed hungry.
