Jammu, Sept 18: JKPCC working president, Raman Bhalla released a song ‘Kise Di Maa Na Vichre’, sung by Master Ashish in presence of Superintendent of Police City, Kuldeep Handa, here today.
Prominent persons including Team Jammu Chairman, Zorawar Singh Jamwal, Sanyam Pandoh, Latish Sharma, Ashok Kumar, Vivek, Sorab Bali, Rohit Bhagat, KK Malhotra, Kartik, Chaman, Suresh Kumar, Suraj Singh, Lucky Verma, Deepak and Rajeev Kashyap were present during the event.
Bhalla lauded the efforts of Master Ashish, saying his quest for music holds a promise to be a leading artist in the near future. “Any song on mother is always special just like devotional music quenches the spiritual thirst of devotees”, he said and wished the young singer a bright future.
He said music plays a pivotal role in preserving culture and taking it beyond boundaries.
Bhalla further said that the young artists deserve all the encouragement by the organizations associated with promotion of art and culture besides the electronic channels. “The young artist deserves to be encouraged by providing an appropriate opportunity to showcase their talent on a bigger canvass”, he said.
Chairman Team Jammu, Zorawar Singh Jamwal speaking on the occasion said of all the days set aside each year to pay tribute to presidents, holy days, national holidays and other special events. I can think of none more worthy than Mother’s Day. Her role in life is the most important of all, for nothing else compares to the wonderful privilege of bringing a new life into this world, Zorawar said.
