KATHUA, Aug 12: Advocate Arvind Kumar has announced his resignation from the post of president Bar Association Kathua.
In a communique, issued here today, Arvind Kumar said that he was resigning for not being able to lead the Bar Association Kathua and safeguard the interests of advocates. Despite a call for bandh by the Bar Association, there was lack of cooperation while the District Magistrate Kathua did not issue curfew passes to Advocates despite his personal request in this regard, he explained.
