Art of Living holds Sahej Samadhi Meditation workshops

JAMMU, July 14: Art of Living (AoL), Jammu Chapter, organized Sahej Samadhi Meditation workshops at multiple locations in J&K via webcast.
These workshops were organized in Jammu, Udhampur and Kathua centres. The main programme in Jammu city was held at AoL Meditation Centre, Gian Mandir, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu. The venue for Udhampur was Kidzee School, Muada Morh and for Kathua, it was Dr Mengi’s clinic.
Bhanumathi Narasimhan, as she is lovingly called sister of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, taught easy meditation technique ‘Sahej Samadhi’ via webcast. Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishanker ji also came in a session during the workshop online and answered few questions of participants.
The workshops were locally assisted by renowned Sahej teacher from AoL International Centre, Banglore, Shama Sondhi. The workshops were attended over 100 people from all walks of life including youth. AoL Faculty members and volunteers from AoL Jammu Chapter did commendable job to organize the course beautifully.
During the workshops, participants were taught meditation technique and they were told that regular practice of the technique can transform the quality of their life, ensure good health and a calm mind. Major benefits of Sahej Samadhi Meditation are clear thinking, increased energy, better physical health, improved relationships and greater peace of mind.
