JAMMU: Army’s Northern Command chief Lt Gen Sanjiv Chachra today met Governor N N Vohra and briefed him about overall security scenario in the region, particularly along international border, LoC and LAC.
Lt Gen Chachra met the Governor at the Raj Bhavan here, an official spokesman said here.
Lt Gen Chachra gave an extensive briefing to the Governor about overall security scenario in the Northern Command area, particularly along international border, Line of Control (LoC) and Line of Actual Control (LAC).
The Governor and the Army commander discussed several important issues relating to security management in the coming months. (AGENCIES)
