SRINAGAR, Apr 20: Army today said that two persons have been identified and they would be fitted with artificial limbs as part of Indian Army’s ‘OP Sahyog’ this month.
An Army spokesman said S Karma Rinchen, a resident of Skurbuchan in Leh district who had lost his right arm in a gruesome land slide in August 2010 and Zora Banoo aged 27 years of Chullichang in Kargil district who was suffering from ‘Right Knee Amputation Lower Limb’ are being sent along with attendants to the Artificial Limb Centre, Pune for fitting of prosthesis.
