SAMBA, Dec 9: In an effort to provide the education & infrastructure development in Government Primary School Dhaki block, Sumb district Samba, the Rising Star Gunners organized an event at Government Primary School Dhaki today. The army provided 50 sets of student desks and benches in order to improve seating infrastructure of the School.
In the beginning of the event, the commitment of Army towards meaningful welfare of the people staying in remote areas of HFFR was emphasized. subsequently 50 sets of student desks and benches were handed over by the chief guest to the school administration.
The event was attended by dignitaries of Samba district & army officials of Rising Star Gunners. The teachers, students & villagers expressed their gratitude towards this kind gesture & applauded the efforts of the army.
The event was also attended by villages and ESM of the adjoining villagers, who expressed their heartfelt appreciation for the event.
On this occasion Zeo Samba Veena Tiku, Sarpanch Suraj Prakash Verma, naib tehsildar Chunni Lal and Pankaj Sharma also present on this programme.
