RAJOURI, Jan 12: In commemoration of Army Day 2016, a medical camp for the benefit of veterans was organized at Rajouri under Ace of Spade.
The camp was aimed to reach out to the veterans living in far-flung and remote areas and to provide them comprehensive medical care. The patients, after evaluation by medical officer, were referred immediately to the concerned specialists, including Medical Specialist, Surgical Specialist, ENT Specialist, and Dental Officer and Physiotherapist.
For the benefit of veterans, some other facilities; like Veterans Sahayak Kendra help desk, CSD facilities, CSD/ECHS/Dependent card help desk, Pension anomalies help desk and Tea/Snacks, were also provided during the camp..
The camp was inaugurated by Brigadier Satinder Singh, Deputy General Officer Commanding, Ace of Spade Division, who also interacted with veterans.
