JAMMU, July 13: An army man died under mysterious circumstances here at his campus at Kaluchak area today.
Subedar Chand Ram (47) son of Puran Singh of Palri, District Panipat, Haryana, presently posted at 6003 Independent Workshop, Kaluchak, was found unconscious at his campus, police said.
He was taken to Government Medical College Jammu where he was declared as dead on arrival, they said.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to the mortuary of the hospital for conducting the post-mortem while a case under relevant sections of the law has been registered at the concerned police station and further investigation taken up.
