RAJOURI, June 4: A Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, under Romeo Force today conducted a Swachh Bharat Campaign at Government Middle School Kotdhar.
The event was conducted to spread awareness among the school children and the villagers to maintain cleanliness in their school, homes and their surrounding areas.
The programme was inaugurated by Mohd Maluk, Principal of Government Middle School, Kotdhar. Besides teachers and students, civilians also participated in the event. A lecture was also given by one of the students regarding the importance of cleanliness in our life.
The campaign culminated in cleaning of the school and a talk by the Principal of the school, where he appreciated the Army for taking up such initiatives.
