JAMMU, Sept 14: A medical camp was organised today at Brari, a far flung village of Poonch district by a Rashtriya Rifles Battalion under Romeo Force.
The aim of the camp was to provide medical assistance to the needy locals staying in remote areas, especially those affected during the recent heavy rains and floods in the area.
During the camp, a team of doctors from civil and Army provided treatment, consultation, counselling and specialized medical care to the poor and needy of all age groups including children, women and elders.
Approximately 325 patients from far flung areas of Jamian Dhok, Satharban, Gagrian and surrounding areas of Brari village attended the camp and benefited from the facilities provided at the camp.
