JAMMU, Apr 28: Army and police today busted a hideout of the militants and recovered arms and ammunition at village Rusuwali in Gool area of Ramban district.
According to reports, a joint team of 58 Rashtriya Rifles, 163 Territorial Army and police conducted searches in high reaches of Pir Panjal range in Rusuwali area of Gool tehsil and made the recoveries.
Seizure included one 7.63 mm pistol, one pistol magazine, 74 cartridges of 7.63mm pistol, one magazine of AK-47, one Pika LMG rounds, two rounds of 7.62mm LMG and one hand grenade.
After effecting the recoveries, troops conducted searches in the upper reaches. However, no arrests were made.
