JAMMU, Dec 6: All Parties Migrants Coordination Committee (APMCC) and prominent Kashmiri Pandit leaders today staged a protest against Dr Farooq Adullah, Patron, National Conference (NC) for his anti-national utterances during the past couple of days.
The activists of APMCC and prominent KP organisations led by Vinod Pandit, Chairman APMCC shouted slogans against Dr Farooq Abdullah terming him a traitor and sought immediate FIR against him and slapping of a sedition case.
The protesters said the present unrest in Valley was due to the anti-national attitude of National Conference and reminded that it was NC and its MLC who created trouble during APMCC Kounsar Nag Yatra making a religious yatra into a communal issue in Kashmir.
The protesters castigated the NC leader for his anti-India stance on PoK and now his open support to separatists asking him to cross over the border and go to Pakistan if he was not satisfied with Indian hospitality that his family has been enjoying for decades sacrificing the national interest.
The protesters also castigated the Government for not taking immediate steps to arrest such anti-India people and instead giving them a long rope to beat India at their will.
They warned the Government that people will take to streets and confront these leaders directly if the Government fails in its duty to curb their anti-national activities forthwith.
Among others present were King C Bharati, National Spokesperson APMCC, Advocate Arun Kandroo, General Secretary APMCC, Advocate Ravinder Raina President ASKPC, Dr TK Bhat, General Secretary ASKPC and many others.
