JAMMU, July 4: An anti-tank mine was today recovered and defused close to the Line of Control (LoC) in Jourian area of Akhnoor sector.
Reports said a farmer noticed the anti-tank mine lying in the fields and he was working there and immediately informed Army and police, who rushed to the spot.
“Bomb experts defused the anti-tank mine,’’ reports said, adding the mine appeared to be an old device.
