BHADERWAH, Sept 10: The Chari Mubarak of historical annual 3-day Kailash Yatra was today flagged off by MLA Bhaderwah Daleep Singh Parihar from Ghatha Bhaderwah for onward journey to Kailash Kund amidst raising of religious slogans and chanting of vedic hymns.
MLC Naresh Gupta, SDM Bhaderwah Mohammad Anwar Banday, ASP Bhaderwah Amit Bhasin along with MLA Bhaderwah accompanied the yatra upto village Sungli and accorded warm send off to the devotees.
The first night halt will be at village Hayien, second at Kailash Kund and the Yatra will return back on September 12 to Bhaderwah town.
Speaking on the occasion, the MLA informed the Yatris that elaborate security arrangements have been made for their safety. He further informed that fool proof arrangements have been made for drinking water facility en-route and at Kailash Kund. Sufficient fire wood has been provided by the Forest Department, electricity facility at Kailsh Kund has been ensured besides medical facilities have been made available at all the major stations to tackle any medical emergency.
