SRINAGAR, Oct 17: Governor N N Vohra , who is also the Chancellor of the University of Kashmir, has appointed Prof. (Dr.) Khurshid Iqbal Andrabi, presently Director, Research, University of Kashmir as Vice Chancellor for a period of three years from the date he takes over charge as Vice Chancellor.
While appointing Dr. Andrabi as Vice Chancellor, University of Kashmir, the Governor has expressed the hope that with his taking over as the VC, a strong push will be given to the research and academic activities in the University.
