SRINAGAR:
The Kashmir University (KU) has postponed all examinations scheduled for tomorrow, in view of the strike, called by different organisations on the first anniversary of the devastating floods.
A spokesman of KU said all examinations which were scheduled to be held tomorrow, have been postponed and fresh date will notified separately.
Though no reason has been given, but traders, transporters and other organisations have called for a general strike tomorrow, in protest against what they alleged State and Central Government’s failure to rehabilitate victims of last year flood. Separatists organisations have also supported the strike call. (AGENCIES)
