JAMMU, May 21: All India Migrant Camp’s Coordination Committee (AIMCCC) held a meeting at Jagti township under the leadership of its chairman, Desh Rattan Pandita in which some main issues concerning displaced Pandits were highlighted.
While addressing the meeting AIMCCC chief, Desh Ratten Pandita said, that terror and talks cannot go together. He said Pakistan was responsible for four wars 37 year old terrorism in J&K as well as terrorism in Punjab. The neigbouring country was also responsible for genocide of Kashmiri Pandits hence no talks be held with her.
He said genocide of Pandits was complete failure on part of Government and system. Since their mass exodus, the exiled Pandits are facing hardships and there is no end to their sufferings.
The meeting said the implementation of NFSA is not a justice with displaced people and hence the decision in this regard be revoked. It expressed concern over continuous water scarcity in Jagti township and demanded that the same be solved without any delay.
