JAMMU, Sept 25: All India Kissan Sewa Sangh (AIKSS) is going to organize an awareness rally on FDI in the first week of October.
This was disclosed by Dr Raj Kumar Choudhary, president of the Sangh, during a press conference, here this afternoon.
He said that the Sangh is in favour of FDI across J&K, as it will benefit the farmers community and the consumers at large.
“Day today the prices of the essential commodities are rising and to bring the same down, the Central Government move of FDI will prove helpful not only for farmers but for the common masses also”, Dr Choudhary added.
He informed that a sub-committee was also formed to expand the region of the Sangh for the smooth functioning under the chairmanship of KK Sharma assisted by Kuldeep Raj Chalotra, vice president.
