UDHAMPUR, Apr 4: Secretary AICC Incharge J&K Affairs Mainul Haque, who is on tour of Udhampur Parliamentary constituency, addressed an election rally.
While addressing the rally, he asked the party workers to counter the propaganda of communal and divisive forces who are bent upon to harm the social and secular fabric of this nation for their vested interests. The Congress party has a history of sacrifices to protect the secular ideals, unity and integrity of the nation.
He said that UPA-Ist and IInd has done commendable job on all fronts and country witnessed large scale development in every sphere of life. The Right to Information (RTI) is the biggest tool in the hand of every common citizen to know about everything and expose the misdeeds and corruption. It is Congress party which offered this opportunity to the countrymen to expose and fight corruption.
The opposition parties are trying to mislead the people about the achievements of Congress party during all these years under prime Minstership of Dr. Manmohan Singh and leadership of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.
He appealed to the voters to caste their valuable vote in fovour of Ghulam Nabi Azad for unity and integrity of the state and the nation.
