JAMMU, Mar 17: An emergency meeting was organized by Jammu and Kashmir Agriculture Technocrats Association at the Directorate of Agriculture Krishi Bhawan Jammu, here today, under the presidium of Dr Surinder Radotra along with executive members for discussing the prime issues lingering over the years.
While addressing the meet, Dr Surinder Radotra, President JKATA, demanded conduct of DPC for promotion of AEAs as JAEOs at UT level at the earliest. Giving reference of recent orders of promotion by Director Kashmir, which were kept in abeyance by Commissioner Secy Agriculture with an assurance to look into the whole episode in a week time, Radotra lamented that even after several weeks, no progress has been done to convene the DPC at UT level.
“We appeal to LG G C Murmu , Advisor Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar, Chief Secretary BVR Subrahmanyam and Commissioner Secy Agriculture Manzoor Ahmad Lone to quash the said promotion order of DPC immediately and conduct fresh DPC at the earliest at UT level,” he said and also demanded Inclusion of 7,8,9 years of Rehbar-i-Zirat service in regular service for Old Pension Scheme.
The meeting was attended by Amit, Ajay Kumar, Prakashvir Singh, Mohan Singh, Vikas Kumar, Charanjit Singh and others.
