JAMMU, Oct 15: Advocate Rohit Kapoor has been appointed as member of Internal Complaint Committee in terms of Section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 for National Company Law Tribunal Guwahati, Kolkata and Cuttack Bench.
President, NCLT is pleased to reconstitute the Internal Complaint Committee for NCLT Guwahati, Kolkata and Cuttack Bench comprising of Presiding Officer and Members for a period not exceeding three years, read an order.
The Presiding Officer is Dr Deepti Mukesh while as Members are Rohit Kapoor (Judicial), Nirmala Vincent, Assistant Registrar (IC) and C Kasturi.
