JAMMU, May 19: A victim of road accident today succumbed to his injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital.
According to a police spokesperson, the man identified as Mohan Lal son of Sampart, a resident of Chhattisgarh, at present Nagrota, was shifted here at GMCH last night after he received serious injuries in a road mishap at Panjgrain area of Nagrota.
However, the man succumbed to his injuries today at about 2 am. After completing all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites.
The concerned police have taken cognizance of the matter.
