JAMMU, Oct 7: Trikuta Nagar police today arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest for the last seven years.
A police spokesman said that, on specific inputs, police party from Trikuta Nagar Police Station led by SHO Chanchal Singh arrested an absconder, who has been identified as Jagdish Sharma, son of Sheelo Ram of village Balandha, tehsil Ram Nagar.
The absconder was wanted in a case registered with Bahu Fort Police Station under FIR number 129/2006 and under Section 279, 304-A RPC.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
