JAMMU, June 30: Gandhi Nagar police today arrested an absconder, who was evading arrest for the past 19 years.
A police spokesman said that on a specific input a police party from Gandhi Nagar Police Station led by ASI Mohammad Rafiq under the direct supervision of SHO Inspector Rajinder Sharma conducted a raid in Poonch and arrested the absconder, who was involved in assaulting a public servant.
The accused has been identified as Kuldeep Singh, son of Kartar Singh of Poonch.
