UDHAMPUR, Sept 23: Police today nabbed an absconding bovine smuggler who was evading arrest for the last seven years.
The accused, identified as Mohd Yakoob of Third Balli Nullah, was wanted in case FIR number 47/2006 U/S 188/RPC at Police Station Udhampur.
