POONCH, Apr 30: An absconder, wanted in a case registered in Police Station Mendhar and evading arrest for the last ten years, was nabbed and produced in the court of law.
The accused, identified as Mohd Akram, son of Mohd Sadiq of Salwa , Mendhar , was wanted in case FIR No. 100/2012 U/S 307/353/332/336/148 RPC. He was absconding since 2012 whereas a general warrant of arrest U/S 512 CrPC was issued against him by Munsiff Court Mendhar.
Arrested by a police team, headed by PSI Vankatesh and Inspector Manzoor Kohli, the accused has been produced in the court of law for further course of action.
