JAMMU, May 6: Miran Sahib Police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest since long.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Miran Sahib Police Station led by SHO SI Gurupal Singh apprehended an absconder, who has been identified as Bikram Singh, son of Gian Singh, a resident of Simble Camp.
The accused was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 129/16 with Police Station Chenani. Arrest warrant under section 512 CrPC also stands issued against him by Principal Session Judge, Udhampur.
He has been handed over to Chenani Police for further investigation into the case.
