BARAMULLA, Mar 17: A Government Middle School Nowpora Jagir, Baramulla was caught in a fire here this evening.
Sources said a Middle School building got partially damaged due to the flames as timely action by Fire Service Station Sangrama, Kreeri Police and 52 Rashtriya Rifles Putkhah Company saved the structure and the school record was also saved by the locals.
However, despite the rush of locals to the spot immediately after the building caught fire, three rooms damaged partially.
The cause of fire was not known and Police Station Kreeri registered a case in this regard and started investigation.
