JAMMU, Apr 14: Four persons were injured today in separate road accidents in city outskirts.
According to a police official, a pedestrian identified as Iswar Yaswal (35) son of Ram Lal, resident of Bawa Talab (Kanachak) was hit and injured by a speeding car at Domana. Similarly, another pedestrian, Anmol (18) son of Ram Raj, resident of Nai Basti, sustained injuries when he was hit by a mini-bus near MLA Hostel.
“Another mishap occurred at Bishnah where a rashly driven car hit a bike and injured a couple travelling on it. The injured couple was identified as Sunil Kumar (45) s/o Kaka Ram, resident Bishnah and his wife, Rekha Kumari (35),” the official said, adding that all the injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment while concerned police had taken cognizance in all three cases.
