Rural ration dealers demand hike in commission

JAMMU, July 12: Rural Ration Dealers Association here today met under the chairmanship of Milkhi Ram-Association President and expressed concern over the non-release of the pending commission and non-fulfilment of their demands by the government.
Speaking in the meeting Association President urged the government to move ahead with the demand of Ration Dealers regarding Rehbar-e-Khurak.
He further said that Rural Ration Dealers have distributed sugar to the rationees under relief category in the year 2014 but till date neither carriage nor the commission has been released to them.
Milkhi further stressed upon the government to release all the pending commissions of the dealers and enhance the carriage, loading and unloading charges of ration material.
Krishan Lal, Association General Secretary; Ajay Kumar, Senior Vice President; Tarsem Choudhary and Joginder Lal-both Vice Presidents; Jagdish Raj, Secretary; Tarsem Gupta, Joint Secretary; Rajesh Gupta, Sanjay Kumar and Chaman Lal were also present in the meeting.
