CHANDIGARH, Mar 22: Senior journalist Vimal Sumbly has been appointed Press Secretary to the Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh.
Having worked for different organisations and writing articles, for different newspapers including the Daily Excelsior, on the issue of regional and national importance, Sumbly has been associated with Capt Amarinder for over a decade.
Sumbly has earlier worked with former Union Information and Broadcasting Minister as his Media Adviser.
